To Be Continued . . .

I promise I will continue updating, but I am off to bed for the night!

James' 5th Birthday

Happy Birthday to my big boy James. You are so grown up. You are growing out of 5T quickly and headed for big boy clothes. You wear a size 11.5 shoe. You are learning to read simple words and can do simple addition and subtraction. You will be starting kindergarten in August!
James decided he wanted to go bowling for his birthday. We had fun! Of course, Tony won. ;-)
James in his new pirate outfit from Grandma and Grandpa.
James' new Sketchers from Daddy and Mommy. He has been wanting these forever so we finally got them for him.
Brothers!

Ice Cream Sundaes

I let the boys make their own ice cream sundaes one night. It was a success. (Duh!) They loved it. Can't wait to do it again, especially in the hot summer!

Family Pictures

I was a little skeptical of getting our family pictures done at JCPenney, but I have to say I like the way they turned out. There were so many but these are some of our favorites.

Dominic's First Birthday

We decided to go to Dominic's favorite restaurant for his birthday. What one year old has a favorite restaurant you ask? Dom does, and it is Olive Garden. So that is where we went.

James is proud of his little brother. Can you see it? He also is a big fan of Olive Garden.
Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to you.
Happy Birthday Dear Dominic.
Happy Birthday to you! We love you Dominic. We have loved getting to know you over this past year. Thank you for mellowing out some and sleeping a whole lot more. ;-) We wouldn't be "The Tabaccos" without you.

Fall 2011

Playing in the fall leaves has become a favorite of James and Lucas. They were trying to make snow angels, or "leaf angels."
James and Lucas having lunch with their new pet fish. His is a Beta fish and the boys decided to name him Fins. He is blue and red. Very patriotic and pretty. We shall see how long he lasts. ;-)
A beautiful rainbow.

Hiking 11/2011

Tony and the boys. The boys love going down to the river to throw rocks in the water. Tony is pretty good at skipping rocks and is teaching the boys how.
Lunch break by the river.
Looking for some good skipping stones.

Real men wear babies. ;-)
Hiking up the trails.
James testing out his binoculars.

Per Diem

It's been a long time coming, but I finally went per diem at work. Which means I only work a few days a month and I can pick the days I want to work. It is like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I get to spend more time at home with the boys and I feel like a better mommy. ;-)

Angels

Finally they can all take a bath together.
Dominic crashed out on the floor.
Lucas . . . aka "Lukey Lovins"
James.

Halloween 2011

James, Lucas and Dominic all dressed and ready to go!
James is so excited! Last year Lucas was still in the stroller so James is showing him the ropes this time!
Our first house was successful!
"I don't know why I'm in this outfit. I don't know why I'm up this late. I don't know why I am knocking on everyone's door, but this is fun!"
Daddy and Mommy dressed up to. The escaped convict and the country girl. ;-)

Bishop's Pumpkin Farm

Here we are on our way to Bishop's Pumpkin Farm, where we go every year for our pumpkins. The boys are pretty excited.

The first thing we must do every year, is ride the train! The boys love it. Especially Luke, he is so into trains!
We had to practically force James to go down this slide by bribing him. He finally went down and then we couldn't get him off. Sometimes I worry the boys have my chicken butt genes.
Brothers panning for gold. Hey, it's hard to earn a living now-a-days! Each child got to go panning in the stream and collect several marbles to take home with them. Upon returning home we paid the boys for their marbles to be sure there wouldn't be any lying around for Dominic to choke on.
And while all the activity is going on around him Dom sleeps. Don't they look so sweet when they sleep?

Yes, Lucas did inherit my chicken butt genes. Just like last year, he got spooked by the goats. He is fine until they chomp that feed out of his little hand and then he has had it! Lets see if it happens again next year. So far we are two for two.
Daddy on the hay ride with his men. Aren't I a lucky girl? Look at those handsome men I have.
Momma and her little men. My loves.
Alright guys, load up the truck and lets take these pumpkins home!
