Swim Lessons

After our fun day at the beach we woke up, shook the sand out of our clothes, and headed out to James' swim lessons. James was kinda whiny about being in the water, maybe it was a little too chilly for him since lessons were at 9:30am? The aquatic complex where he has his lessons is pretty cool, with a zero depth entry pool and a water slide and fountain! Can't wait to come here on a weekend just to play!

Baker Beach

Diaper changes for the Tabacco brothers as soon as we made it to Baker beach! James wasn't happy about this, he was ready to get up and get to the water!

The squirt guns are out and it's time for a war! (Tony, Alex, James, and Jayden)
Tony and James have a snack after Tony took James neck high in the ocean. Burrr. . .
Me and some sexy dude I found on the beach. Ha ha ha Ah, smell the fresh ocean air.
I found out later in the night, that the guy wearing the I heart Kazakhstan shirt is really from Kazakstan!
Jeremy playing with his boys, Jeremy Jr and Jayden. Time to build a sand castle.

After working Saturday night, it was home for a quick nap and then we packed up and headed to the beach to meet some friends visiting from New Mexico that we hadn't seen since our wedding! Jeremy, Lindsey and their boys Jeremy and Jayden. It was so nice to see you guys! The boys had fun playing in the water and the sand. I couldn't believe it was so nice in San Francisco that day! Once James got in the water he did not want to get out. He kept saying' "More water, Mama!" After Tony took him deep enough to get splashed over his head by a wave he was done. After the beach, we headed out to get some seafood! Yummy! Then, it was a quiet drive back home with two sleeping boys in the back of the car.

Just wanted to post some new pictures of James and Lucas I took the other day. Lucas is growing so fast I can't believe it, already in 9 month clothes and sleeping 11-13 hours at night! What a trooper. James is getting a little more jealous of Luke now that he is awake more and wanting to play with the toys! As you can see in the pictures, Lucas is always smiling and I had o bribe James with Luke's toy to be in the picture!

James Cooks Breakfast

The other morning Tony and I woke up to find James cooking us breakfast . . . ha ha ha Can't keep this boy out of the kitchen. Maybe he'll be on Top Chef one day!

California Academy of Science

Tony and I on the living roof!

The living roof has seven hills to represent the seven hills of San Francisco!

Tony and I went on a date to the California Academy of Science on Thursday. Golden Gate Park is so gorgeous and it was nice to have a date without the boys! We had been dying to go since it had been remodeled. It's really beautiful. I didn't get many pictures because many of the exhibits include animals that are photo sensitive and I don't have a good enough camera to take pictures without a flash ;) We did get a picture of the albino alligator at the mezzanine and some pictures of the living roof. The planetarium is a must see, very impressive! But be forewarned, no children under the age of seven are allowed in and this museum gets very crowded! We were glad it was just us. While in the rain forest exhibit, they ask you not to bring in any food or drink . . . so guess who opens up the water bottle and starts drinking as soon as we get in there?? ME! ha ha ha Tony's like, "Uh, Sarah, you can't drink your water in here..." I guess he should know the rules since he worked there in college. ha ha ha After the museum we went to Siam Lotus, our favorite Thai place for some yummy Thai tacos! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for watching the boys!
